About Mya: Mya is Certificate III in Fitness and Diploma in Fitness who is an experienced Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Coach.

She has been training women for 8 years and has studied courses specifically designed to meet the needs of women's fitness enthusiasts.

She continues to grow as an expert in her field by academically pursuing order to achieve growth by attaining ongoing knowledge acquisition.

Mya has helped and guided many women to start their fitness journey, to love not only their bodies but themselves. As a Muslimah woman in the fitness industry Mya hopes to inspire more and more women to exercise/train, love, and take care of their bodies for the sake of Allah SWT.

Mya can help you in starting your fitness journey through understating your body as a woman, working with your cycle, the importance of cardio and strengthening combined, and loving your body as a woman.

About Aaliyah:

Aaliyah Yco is a certified Master Practitioner of Time-based Therapy, Certified Master Practitioner of Emotional Intelligence  (EQ), Certified NLP Strategic Coaching Diploma, Certified NLP Presenter, and Certified Leadership & Coaching Diploma who is the founder of Leads To Self-Empowerment.

Aaliyah is the reflection of the self-empowerment message she imparts to others. Through ongoing professional training and the philosophies, she displays, she is true to her words, and an inspiration to women. She represents the achievements that all women are capable of achieving.

Aaliyah is equal parts strength and inspiration. She is the embodiment of the Empowered Women movement that she represents. Her resourcefulness is only surpassed by her commitment to continual development. Never one to rest idly as life passes by, she is a force for positive change in her life, and the lives of those who have the pleasure to spend time with her.

Abuse recovery from domestic violence and narcissistic abuse.

12.45 pm to 2:15 pm: Aaliyah Mindset Makeover

2:15 pm to 2.30pm: Q & A and quiz with Aaliyah

Mya’s Fitness workshop will cover:

✨Cardio and strength training.  

✨Two eating habits to help you stay on track  

✨101 of the most common exercises and also a stretch demo/class  

Aaliyah's Mindset Makeover workshop will also entail a group coaching session covering the topics on:

✨Why start with our mindset?: How our mindset influences our outcomes in life.  

✨Your belief system: Where do they come from? How your beliefs are formed, how to identify a limiting belief that is potentially stifling your growth, and or, how it can cause you to be in a state of fear.   

✨How to cultivate a mindset for success: Learn how to go from a fixed mindset and cultivate a growth mindset, adopt an abundance mentality, reprogram your mind for success.
